The last 12 months has seen a busy growth period across all Champ Group business divisions, Workforce Management, Facilities Management, Fabrication & Site Services, Security Services and Traffic Management.

2020 started to present some considerable safety challenges within the company, including managing COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines across Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland as well as continuing to embed our Integrated Management System (IMS) across all operations. We have had a strong focus on consistency in reporting and site audits that have seen continuous improvement initiatives implemented across various sites and positively influenced our safety performance. This milestone has been achieved through the commitment of our team members, clients, and contractors.
